We live in a hyper connected era and we have reached here within a very short span of 50 years. The last 100 years have seen some of the most profound discoveries and most remarkable inventions ever to have blessed the human mind with.

From a larger perspective, it looks like things are going to be very very interesting going forward as well. We live in a society where a folded ribbon becomes a beacon of hope and a mask starts a revolution, we fight for our privacy and yet are increasing public - an average social media users posts 3.2 updates every day. By the way, the fact is made up, but you get the bigger picture here.

Man has been blessed with an analytical brain and yes, we have the ability to see the future, or at least contemplate it, to a certain degree of accuracy.

So, the good folks at Sirez & The Small Inc met, discussed, contemplated and agreed upon the pillars that would come to be the core functions of an “agency”. We then moved on to defining the core departments that would function as the key drivers of marketing communication going forward.

Repute - The Image managers, trust them to get the right message across to the right people at the right time. A hybrid of tradition PR agency & a Digital PR agency, Repute works seamlessness across online & offline opportunities present in the media.

Motion - A hybrid of production, motion graphics & Digital content distribution, motion works to create video messages tailor-made for platforms and audiences.

Tech - One of the two time tested functions, evolved to cater to the changing environment and the changing screens,

Creative - The creative function, evolved to create brands in the new age, starting from identity development to mobile apps, websites and of course, we do packaging & printing solutions too.

Several brands are effectively using Chatbots to retain customers and drive engagement with them on a personal level.
